By agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I acknowledge the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Participation<\/p>\n

1.1) Participation, as well as arrival and departure, are at the participant\u2019s own expense.<\/p>\n

1.2) Each participant must arrive punctually at the event location at the start time.<\/p>\n

1.3) The participant assumes all risks for property or personal damage during the shooting and while traveling to and from the event. The participant waives any claims and legal grounds related to damage or loss of their property, any illness or injury, including death.<\/p>\n

2. Registration \/ Cancellation<\/p>\n

2.1) Registration for the Shooting Decor Day must be done exclusively through this registration form and is binding upon signature.<\/p>\n

2.2) If the participant cancels their participation in the Shooting Decor Day , there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.<\/p>\n

2.3) There is also no entitlement to a refund in the event of non-appearance or lateness.<\/p>\n

2.4) In all the above cases, the participant may demonstrate that no or lesser damage has occurred to the organizer.<\/p>\n

3. Pay<\/p>\n

As the funds are directly transferred to the charity’s account, they are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions for Donations<\/p>\n

1. Donation<\/p>\n

1.1) By making a donation, you agree to contribute the specified amount.<\/p>\n

1.2) Donations are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

2. Changes<\/p>\n

2.1) Changes or inquiries regarding the donation should be directed to us in writing.<\/p>\n

2.2) We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

4. Use of Images<\/p>\n

4.1) The resulting images may only be used by the participant with proper credit to all involved service providers, as previously communicated, and with a clear indication of “Decor Day\u201c\u00a0 by Yana Primak\u00a0 and a link to the organizer’s website.<\/p>\n

4.2) In social networks, the organizer and all involved service providers must be clearly identified through hashtags.<\/p>\n

5. Event Cancellation<\/p>\n

5.1) In the event of cancellation (due to illness of the organizer, force majeure, or insufficient participants), all participants will receive a full refund of their paid fees. No further claims for refunds will be entertained.<\/p>\n

5.2) It is recommended to book flights, train tickets, or accommodations as close to the event date as possible to avoid unnecessary costs in case of cancellation.<\/p>\n

6. Competition Prohibition<\/p>\n

6.1) The resulting images may not be used under any circumstances to promote personal workshops or similar competing events.<\/p>\n

6.2) All content from the is copyrighted and may not be used, reproduced, or otherwise utilized.<\/p>\n

6.3) To protect its rights, the organizer reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of its content.<\/p>\n

7. Final Provisions<\/p>\n

7.1) There are no verbal side agreements to the contract; any changes must be made in writing to be effective.<\/p>\n

7.2) If any provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.<\/p>\n

7.3) This contract also includes the attached data protection information.<\/p>\n
